Welcome to the
Association of Advice and Guidance Practitioners
What does this new Association intend to do?
It has four main functions:
1. To enable Practitioners to meet on an informal and regular basis to share ideas, news and best practice, with the occasional guest speaker. These network meetings can be a great source of evidence if you are doing an NVQ.
2. To enable Advice and Guidance services / employers let Practitioners know what services they offer and thereby strengthen the links between services.
3. To open up opportunities for Practitioners to meet employers who are recruiting new staff.
4. To provide Practitioners with a certificate of membership, at different levels, to endorse qualifications and years of experience.
